Probably more than any team in NKY. I don't think there are any players that play both ways even on special occasions, and they sub a lot on both sides. That's great for getting more kids a chance to play, but playing a team like Cooper (or NCC, Ryle, SK) they will have their best athletes on the field on offense and defense if not full time, at least on occasion. IMO this game will be won or lost in the secondary

Can anyone explain to me what is the deal with the CC kicker situation??

Second half- how many different offensive sets or even plays were there? Other QB can run like a deer to the outside, and running the middle on a stacked house doesn't give the running back much of a chance. Maybe 2 plays outside the tackles in the second half or maybe in the game I hate to be critical, but as a fan it's frustrating

No way that Campbell county should have lost this game. 100% on coaching. Play or get out of the way.

Exactly ! Varsity maybe completed 3 passes for CCath. For the most part Campbell had good pressure on AJ. My option CovCath looked very good under center on their last varsity drive

So any educated guess would be that the CovCath vs Campbell game at CovCath(with no lights) will not happen. Any reason not to move it to Campbell later in the evening?

Any estimates for heat index tomorrow at 5:30 for the CovCath vs Campbell County scrimmage or even 7:30 for most others??

I haven't been to any girls sweet 16's I at WKU/Bowling Green, but have been to 5 of the last 6 boys state football championships. I never recalled seeing or hearing any so called embracing the games. People go to the games from all over the state to see their teams play. Seems to me that people from the western side are not as interested in seeing their teams play when they have to travel as people from the rest of the state.

Congratulations to the players and thanks to coach White for letting them play their game. Hope they can survive the system thru JV to varsity . It's been great year to be a Campbell County freshmen sports fan.

U Is there no 10,11, or 12 graders to play JV and varsity at Mason County? Would'nt Duffy playing with Brossart freshmen make them all better. They would have three more years to learn how to foul & flop!

I wouldn't worry too much about NCC. The athletes on the hill sometimes come in a little on the week side, but develop into contenders at the varsity level in almost every sport. That is their biggest recruiting tool for serious athletes.

I Forget all that!! I knew it was to good to be true - a schedule they would keep! As of right now I'm not sure what's going on other than that it doesn't seem that Harrison and Montgomery want to play at Campbell on Saturday so they're playing at Nicolas county on Thursday???

At Campbell County HS February 6 Campbell vs Mason @ 10:00 Harrison vs Montgomery @ 11:00 or 20 minutes after 1st game. Final @ 1:00

IMO a great JV coach would be one that takes a good to mediocre freshmen team and gives the varsity coach a very good group to work with. On the others hand a bad JV coach could be one that takes a very good group of freshmen and gives the varsity a mediocre group

10th region games are on the same day that this one starts

Moved from the 9th region where the question might be which Pasauale or Larosas or Germantown, and the drive to a game may be 20 min. to the 10th where I really need a map. Before I get ahead of myself, like NKY fresh basketball does every pizza parlor need it's own thread?
