I came away impressed by both teams

 

I honestly think NewCath is significantly better than last season despite losing all those Starters. That's no easy feat!

 

Campbell is a very solid 6A team and better than some of these 6A scrubs I have seen.. probably in that 10-15 range

Can anybody tell me how any team, anytime can come out of their own timeout...go to the line on a critical 3rd down play and get a delay of game? Wow, Camels! Took yourself out of FG winning position and needed a 4th down pass interference call to retain possession. Winning TD was great execution. But delay of game penalty put you in desperate need you should have never found yourself. Great win. Very hard fought battle. NC will go deep in 2A post season.

When is the last time Camobell Co beat Highlands and NCC in the same year? Wow!

Boys and girls, NewCath's So. running back Kyle Kelly, was outstanding. If this is what we get to see for the next 3 years.........move over brothers Chris, Mark, & Ben, little brother going to top all of you.
