There are 100 little utilities like this to use to clean/wipe a drive. Nothing any more special about this one except for the fact that it was used to break federal law.

I'm not saying you're wrong but I manage around 3000 workstations spread out over 10 to 20 companies, approximately 20 to 25% of those are Windows 10 and I've not seen the issues that you're having

I have upgraded at least 250-300 computers to Windows 10 and have not had one issue with any of them. None that were Windows 10 related at least.

Easiest way to get rid of the pop-up is to upgrade. I don't knot why anyone wouldn't. Windows 10 is absolutely phenomenal to work on. It's lightening fast. Easy to use and completely customizable. If you really don't want to upgrade and you want to get rid of the pop up there are a quite a few free little utilities out there that will disable it.

I don't for a second believe that we're alone. Not sure I believe there have been "space crafts" land on Earth.

Spot on @swamprat , the one thing with tech folks though is the ability to adapt quicker. We have always had to do it. At some layer there will always have to be IT support. Right now my company is ahead, we've invested heavily in datacenter, our cloud, computing and it's paying off.
