I remember back in the early 80's Bellevue had a team that on paper was far and away the better team. Paris 19 Bellevue 7 Thats why they play the games. Good luck to all the teams.

Is Kelly only a junior? I know Hightchew is a sophomore (what a player). NCC will be looking good for next year.

I like the sound of singing the fight song 5 more times. Lets take it one week at a time and focus on this week. For those of you that don't know if Bellevue wins the players sing the Fight Song to the fans after the game.

Does it always have to be about your Boys? I believe the post said players that impressed him the most. He didn't say the absolute best players in the world. Or did he? Evidently maybe you know what he really meant to say? I think he can have an opinion without someone getting on here and saying he is wrong about his opinion. It will be alright we all know your injured player is a great player. Don't be bitter about someone else getting some accolades once in awhile.

IMO the best description of Dixie this year is underachievers. I expected them to perform a little better this year. That being said I think they could be a dangerous team if they get it together for play offs.

I don't think people are saying, at least I'm not saying Gallatin didn't have a good team last year. I'm definitely not saying they shouldn't have won the game. Although Bellevue was winning by 18 in the fourth. I know for a fact that the Bellevue Kids had the by week the last week of the season and went to see Freankfort play. Thats all they talked about that week was how good Quan Weaver was. Kids will be kids they beat Gallatin week 9 and they assumed they would beat them again. Hats off to Gallatin they never quit in that game and I sure they aren't going to lay down for this one. That being said I'm sure the dogs wont be called off in the fourth this year if Bellevue is up. This is a much better Bellevue team this year.

While BB is a much improved team and Frankfort has been plagued with injuries this year I think Frankfort still has to many athletes for BB to win. Will be closer than most think. Frankfort 28 Bishop Brossart 14

While I would agree that LCA is in the easier side of the bracket, I don't necessary know that that is a good thing. They should walk through the first 4 games then they have to get up for a big game could be tough to do.

Gallatin beat Bellevue in first round last year will Bellevue look past them again?

Both teams would have to get by Frankfort first whom even though they have lost their best two players for the year will still be a formidable opponent.

Hat off to the Lloyd team. By far the hardest Bellevue has been hit all year. Lloyd came out ready to play and ready to hit. There was absolutely no quit in this team. If they go into the play offs with this attitude they can make a little noise. Best of luck to the Juggs the rest of the way.

VOR you got this out of that? You are good! Not where I Thought he was going at all. Beside you can't take away a play here and a play there and say well we held them in check (by the way BW did hold the Bellevue Offense in Check, what offense there was considering the conditions) if that was the case then Bellevue says well if you take two plays away from Rigdon (?) then we win. (8-6) I think BW will have a little tougher time tonight I don't think there will be 11 fumbles by NCC tonight. But then again BW should get their wheels rolling tonight. Going to be a great game for both teams. The rain looks like it will hold off.

We each have our own opinion. I've been there and done that and in my opinion it makes a difference if the expectations and the experience are in place. With that being said you still have to have the talent to win. By the way I'm a Bellevue guy not Beechwood. I just respect the program they built.

Has everything to do with last year and the year before and the year before ect. It's called tradition. Certain programs learn to win and nothing else is acceptable. There is no first and second there is only first and then there is everyone else. While these kids will have to win on their own they can certainly draw from the work ethic and the great tradition of Beechwood Football's past. They will strive to live up to the expectations that the kids from last year and the year before and the year before have set for them.

To wet to roll it still has standing water. With the forecast it might be worse this week than last. I can't imagine any natural grass fields being in good shape this year. I think this makes 5 five weekends in a row of rain.

With a good chance of rain again on Friday, how many fields are beyond playing on? At what point does someone step in and postpone a game or move the location. Who has the authority to do this? Can a visiting team refuse to play on a field? Just a few thoughts I had and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on them?

60% chance of rain. Can Bellevue's field take any more? Worst field I have ever seen played on last week and still has standing water.

I agree. I don't see this being a high scoring game, the winner will have 21 the loser will have 14.

Don't have a dog in the fight but I would have to agree with this statement. I think this will be a great game. Both teams down a little this year but equally down. To close to call.:idunno:

Will the real Miles Simpson please stand up. He is back to full strength now and I doubt NCC contains him at 100%.
