These teams apear to me to be very similar offensively. They should read each other pretty well. Turn overs and special teams could make the difference in this game.

Oldham beat them in the regular season last year. They are still a very disciplined well coached, solid football team, HC will have to be at their very best and win the turnover battle to win this one.

Franklin is very fast at at every position and they swarm like crazy on defense, at least in the game I saw. I think they win this one.

I have kids that have played for Coach Martin and Coach J, neither one of them lack class. Although some pretty classless statements get made on here, they shouldn't reflect on the teams they're supposedly made in favor of. North runs a wing t and very rareley throws the ball anyway, so comparing the late game play calling between them and HC doesn't make a lot of sense.

North wins big.

Nobody said they were satisfied, but a regional championship game is a deep run in the playoffs.

For one thing, the only team on our schedule with a smaller roster than us is Trimble. Holy Cross is a top three school in their class, Anderson, South Oldham are both 5a, Owensboro Cath. is in the top ten in 2a our district is pretty srong and it just so happens that our local competition has ben a little down for the past few years. As far as going deeper in the playoffs, for the past two years we were put out by the State Champs and the runner up last year. So you explain to me how much more prepared a different schedule will get us.

Nobody in HC is bragging about anything, and other than local schools that we have played since football began, our schedule is pretty strong.

I don't think this game will be close. HC wins big.

I think it's obvious that numbers are the biggest problem at TC. They will be more competative win the play schools their own size, if the Blanton kid comes back healthy.

Louisville Central's is the best I've had.

There are a few teams out there that don't have any two's.

If more teams had this attitude there would be a lot less need for a running clock.

The people who are doing well and you just can't seem to compete with never have any class. If they beat you pretty bad it's always their fault.

The rushing totals for Holy Cross could break some records in this one.

I like the run the ball and play great defence aproach myself, I think that good passing teams in highschool owe alot of their success to poor pass defence. It's proably the most difficult thing to teach and takes alot of athleticism, thats why it gets tougher to pass as teams get deeper into the playoffs.

This was an awesome turnaround for the Wildcats. The D gave up a few yards on the ground but only two scores, much better on Offense as well they caught almost every thing and ran the ball good too.

He's got one week in but he will still make a difference.

HC's defence should be near full capacity with the return of Ingram.

There are no class A schools around the eighth region anywhere near this caliber.
