No one had a prediction thread up on the Hills vs. FHS thread so I am leading the way on this weeks inner city battle.

 

Who wins and why, I have seen FCHS play once this year, I think they will win big.

Wanting Frankfort to roll in this game. Always for the little guy!

FHS always has the talent to beat anyone on a given night!

Franklin Co. is bigger, faster, and stronger. To many offensive weapons for FHS to handle. On the defensive side of the ball they running that 3-5 pressure defense that will keep FHS out of the endzone.

 

Franklin County was smart for scheduling them a duck for Homecoming.

Franklin County seems much improved and being the home team should be to their advantage. But Frankfort has shown themselves to be a pretty nice club again this season. I think Frankfort High wins in a tight one.

Franklin is very fast at at every position and they swarm like crazy on defense, at least in the game I saw. I think they win this one.

They were just as quick, if not maybe a little quicker than Boyle County when I saw them. I don't know how that stacks up against Frankfort, but I don't believe it will be a tortoise/hare comparison! I still believe Frankfort gets the victory, however.

I saw FC play Boyle County and they looked terrible to me, except for #5, he looked very fast and skilled. The quaterback for FC is too short to see over the O-line and takes a big wind up to throw the ball deep. I say Frankfort wins by 2 TD's.

I didn't think they looked terrible, considering they were 1-19 over the last couple years. But they obviously aren't at the level Coach Tracy will want just yet. I thought there was some quickness on their side - maybe I'm just not remembering it very well!

They will be the fastest team Frankfort faces this season with the exception of Danville. FHS doesn't have the speed they are use to having. This FCHS team is loaded with talent.

Flyers were 1-9 last year under Stepp, but they were 6-6 the year before in Coach Ledford's last year. So 7-15 in the last couple of years. The Flyers do have some speed.

Oh, no problem gchs. I took your comments on this year's team as a compliment. Before last year, you would have to go back to before Coach Walker to have a "bad" season.
