I feel that Owensboro might give the inexperienced CAL QBs some difficulty. Secondly, the CAL defense is not as strong as the St. X defense. I think this game is closer than many will think. CAL 23 - Owensboro 21.

Nothing in week 1 changed my mind. 6A Top Tier = Trinity, Ryle, St. X and Manual. 2nd Tier = Male, South Warren and FD Wishing they were in one of those tiers = Ballard, Oldham County, Simon Kenton Wondering what the heck has happened in the universe = Bryan Station, Eastern, PRP and McCracken County.

Male 27 - Ballard 9. Bruins offense has a ways to go.

I think the Rocks can take this game with some authority as long as they don’t turn the ball over 2 or 3 times. Trinity D should be able to handle the FD offense. Trinity 34 - FD 13.

Rocks host Frederick Douglass one week from tonight. PRP takes on Raceland next week.
