This one has the makings of being a great game, as both teams will be looking to rebound from losses the previous week. 

Manual (1-1), to the surprise of many, took it on the chin from South Warren, the Spartans winning 27-17 in convincing fashion. Douglass (0-2) made the trip to Marshall Stadium, being completely outmatched by Trinity. This is the first time Douglass has started 0-2 in the school's short history. 

Can the Crimsons rebound from their loss to South Warren? Will Douglass avoid the schools first ever 0-3 start? Should be a great game between two 6A staples.

Douglass isn’t a bad team, they just aren’t what Douglass usually is this year.

FD has bigtime issues on the O side of the ball.

Douglass hasn't shown to be as impressive as they have been in the past so far this season. But I expect this one to be a pretty good game. Manual takes it by at least a TD.

The FD defense is good. They just need to improve the passing game. Short passes are ok but they cannot throw downfield. 

Provided our freshman QB survives this Manual game, it gives us much more offensive upside on the season. Give me Douglass, at home, by 1 in regulation.

We have been fighting with one hand tied behind our back since scrimmage 1, hopefully we get that restraint removed in time for district play.

Douglass defense will keep it close.

Douglass just blocked a FG and took it the other way - about 65 yards - for six. Extra point was good.
