I was curious about Murphy. He coached with Owen Hauck at Highlands but not sure where he went to school.

Withrow High School in Cincinnati has the really old school feel to it. Pretty cool place.

And Dayton is about 1.5 miles from them also. And Highlands stadium is about 2 miles from both of those stadiums.

I believe Duffer Duffy graduated Highlands. I wonder how many Highlands graduates are coaches There are 2 from the class of 90' (three if you count Jeff Walz as head coach of Louisville women basketball. I know for sure current coaches: Weinrich Highlands Wolfe Male Barth Walton Verona Lickert Campbell County Past: Mueller Eicher Duffer Duffy Bibb Walz Siple Spritzky I am sure there are many more.

Interesting, I looked up Highlands to see what record they finished with that year. They were AA state runnerups in 1966 and AA state champs in 1968 but went 6-4 in 1967. I bet that was a big upset at the time. Of course, Dayton was the A state champion in 1966. Anyone know what record Dayton ended up with in 1967?

Nice win Camels. I think the Camels are going to be pretty good this year. The team they lost to last week was big class state runner up and defense only gave up one touchdown. Highlands didn't play good but Camels took the win. Nice job.
