Let me think about this. HC runs the ball, fumbles, NCC picks it up and runs it in for an apparent TD. Refs don't see it, has no idea where the ball is, but still award a fumble and make the correct call.

So obviously, other teams still feel Highlands has an aura whether they deserve it or not. I think Notre Dame has an Aura and they have only been relevant a couple times in the last 20 years.

Probably the same aura as last year when people wrote off a 5-5 Highlands team entering the playoffs. And came just short of reaching the state championship game. Highlands isn't the same team the last 2 years as they have been in the past, but come playoff time, not many teams want to play them. 50 years of being king of the hill will do that for a program. And this year, there is no pressure, as most people say they should get knocked off early so if it happens, just like expected.
