I'd say Cooper is a little paranoid for a meaningless game. As my coach told us, if the opposing team head coach wants to sit in our huddle, go ahead. They aren't going to stop us either way.

I remember when it was a quarter and you got a program and a hotdog included. Ok,I don't remember that at all but someone probably does.

There has been a mercy rule since early 2000's but 36 since 2013 I believe. Dale retired from coaching after the 2013 season.

I think a very good coach is the difference of taking a real good team and making them a championship team. Or taking a bad team and winning an extra game. But I don't think your going to put the best coach on a very bad team and expect to win championships. It still will come down to depth and talent no matter who the coach is.

Why is it a bad look. This wasn't a criminal matter but a civil. Businesses get sued everyday. I don't have an issue with it. I believe the issue with the sisters has been settled in court so what's the issue?

Next question, how is the coach picked. Aren't they an assistant on the previous years team and then take over head coach the following year. Or did I make that up? It's been a long time since I have been involved in it.

So the teams who scrimmaged last night at midnight. Did They have to be back at the field at 7am for two a days?

I would think a midnight practice on a Monday would be hard for the community to come out and support. I don't have an issue with it. If it gets a good crowd and the community excited great. I wonder how many people come other than the parents of the players.

I don't know what it was in 50's but in the 80's, the Canteen was moved to the Armory and it was kind of a recreational hall for teens. One part had a DJ and dancing, the rest was fooseball, pool, bowling etc. A place for the students to hang out.

I don't think there was such a thing as concussions in the 80's. But, I had my bell rung a few times.
