Just a little something for the middle of the week for fun, It will be interesting to know where certain coaches went to high school. These are Caldwell County Alumni.

Just one correction, Fred Clayton (Craig's dad) was from Caldwell. Craig played for Fred at Christian County.

I'm sure some others I'm forgetting in the Russell tree.

 

Jeff Smith helped resurrect Fairview's program in 1998 after two years without a team. I don't think he fared terribly well and was gone after three seasons.

 

I always thought that Gary Morris would have made a fine head coach somewhere. Not sure why he never made that leap. He's been a top notch defensive coordinator for many years. Surely someone expressed interest in him at some point.
