I little over two years ago, I had a ladder slip while I was trying to get off of a roof. I fell to the ground landing on my back and fractured vertebrae at C7, T2, T4, T5 & T6. Legs were numb for several minutes. I'm really lucky that I am able to walk today.

November 07 I ruptured my patella tendon in left leg. I knew it was serious when I was lying on the floor, looked down at my knee and noticed my knee cap was about 6 inches higher than it should have been. After surgery, I spent 6 weeks on couch with left leg completely immobilized in a brace, then 6 weeks in an adjustable hip to ankle brace while on crutches, then 3 months (or more??) of rehab. That was a tough stretch of time because I battled with a pretty serious case of depression during the 6 weeks in which I was stuck on the couch. I still have the staples, rods and wires in the knee.

Any part around the foot that is injured or broke is the worst to try and mend. I twisted my ankle playing a pickup game of football, hardest part was looking at my ankle foot pointing the other direction.
I think it scared me a little more than it hurt. To see my foot pointint in another direction.

Probably the worst injury I've suffered was breaking my left arm, which I did twice. I was also electrocuted and kicked by a horse in the face (grazed me) when I was 3 or younger, but neither of those ended up being as serious as they sound.

One of the worst pains I can ever remember feeling was one time I fell on a treadmill. There was something right behind me that my legs were going to fly into so I (stupidly) held on with the treadmill still going. My knees were still on it and the treadmill essentially burned the skin off of both of my kneecaps in about a quarter size area. That. Hurt.

I've been more seriously "sicker" than "injured", if that makes sense.

I am with you on this.

Road Rashes are the worst. So much risk for infections.

Just 3 broken ankles and a broken wrist.

Completely torn ACL and meniscus shredded from a collision while covering first base on a ground ball from the pitcher's mound. The runner hit my knee as I planted on the base.

I guess a worse injury than that, was when I was accidentally shot in the stomach with a 22 rifle. That led to a couple of surgeries. Surgeries were much worse than the actual gunshot.

All Good now though. :ylsuper:

Same here...outside of a multitude of broken legs, a cracked jaw and a pencil-skewered hand.
I was also electrocuted and kicked by a horse in the face.
You were electrocuted in the face by a horse? No way is insurance going to cover a thing like that!

OK...I'll be honest...this one time, in P&R, RTS called me naive. I was CRUSHED!

3 torn ACL's, 4 total knee surgeries. 1 broken arm, seperated shoulder torn labrum and some sweet scars on my head that have all required stitches. Nothing in the past few years though and hope it stays that way.

The worst I've been hurt? This girl I met in college. I thought she really dug me, til I saw her kissing some other guy. That really hurt...

I saw your ankles broken more than 3 times.

Relax. Just having fun with you.
