What's the worst you've been hurt?

For me it has to be when a Holstein Bull tossed me around. I was stiff for days. Fortunately I rolled under a fence to get away from him.

After taking trips down a bobsled run. Played football for 15+ yrs and that does not compare to how beat up and sore you get from bobsledding.

The warnings on those commercials say to seek medical treatment after four hours.

Seriously, I've been really fortunate in terms of (the lack of) serious injury in my 56 years.

I was in a car wreck many years ago. Head bubbled out the windshield (I wear seatbelts now) and chest folded the steering wheel against the dash (no airbags). Had retrograde and anteriograde amnesia; there were a few days I never got back. And my memory has never been the same. But not seriously hurt.

Not seriously hurt? That sounds fairly serious to me.

I did no nerve or muscle damage, just stiffness.

Fell about 20 feet off a rope swing. Two broken arms
I used to use those vines that grow with the trees, used to swing on a hill side for fun, and it was until I quess I gotton heavier and the vine snapped.

Hard for him to feel like it was serious. He can't remember what life was like before that wreck. :D

Lol!! I bet that stings.

Torn ACL...sad thing is, I think my knee might be messed up again. Need to make an appointment with the doc.

I've broken my ankle and severely sprained my ankle. Honestly, spraining it was much worse.

But the Worst by far has to be when I tore something behind my shoulder blade when I was a Sophomore in high school. I couldn't move my body without it hurting. I remember before I went to the hospital, I had to get my older brother to help me use the bathroom. Talk about an awkward moment in the relationship between brothers.

I don't think it's ever the same after a tear like that. Yeah I would see a Doctor. After my experiences of working with pts at Meadowview I would have it checked out.

Nah, I'm a tough guy. Bloodied and bruised but not broken. I was back to work (desk job) after a few days.

But I did have to go to the personnel director and confide in her that I was really foggy and would have to have my hand held for a while.

And I was picking glass out of my head for a couple of weeks afterwards.
