No clue where they will end up at this point. Obviously I like both a lot, but Rivals putting Andrew #1 over Parker, Randle and Noel is preposterous. Those three are on a level quite a bit higher than everyone else in the class right now. No problem with both in the top 10 though...

As a UK fan and a casual college basketball recruiting follower, I want either Randle or Parker from the 2013 class more than anyone. Haven't seen a bunch of either one, but from highlight videos, they look for real.

I'm gonna have to do some homework on that class. I've read & heard that Cal is going to clean house with it, though I'm sure that's debatable. Have heard of Parker & Noel, along with the Harrisons, but not much else.
