Trinity by 14 and Bob Beatty won't tip his cap or use a broom like a certain coach on the X sideline.

What happened to Hayden?

Trinity

This one is harder to figure out than most years. Both teams have serious questions coming into the game. Will the Trinity quarterback be back for this game? How will his stamina be affected. Will his timing be off? If he can't go, will a week of practice sharpen the passing of the back-up? At St X, early question marks seem to have been answered with wins over very strong Male and Ballard teams. Key players are coming back from injuries. How sharp are they? Players that stepped up to take over the load for the injured players are now gone. Is it a sign of turmoil? Should be fun. I think it will be a low scoring game, with Trinity on top 24-14.

You're correct about that...he'll just make excuses.

With that being said, it comes down to the running game for T. If they run it effectively that will open up everything for them and keep X from bringing pressure. T's starting QB had a 70 something percent completion rate going into their game against BG. When he left that game I believe he was about 4/10 with an INT. X can not be scared to bring pressure. Make their QB feel uncomfortable and good things will happen. So the key for the game will be X's ability to stop the run and T's ability to run the ball.

X in a close one....17-13

There is one thing I will guarantee, Coach Beatty will not make excuses. It just doesn't happen. As a matter of fact, if you want to set him off, give him an excuse.

Because we know the classy Coach Glaser has never made a single excuse over the course of the last decade, nor has there every been a hint of juvenile or unsportsmanlike conduct on his part. :sssh:

Trinity by 21. The Rocks are solid and have not forgot about the last meeting.

Wright didn't play in the BG game, I thought. He was out with the flu.

He played a series and became dehydrated and etc...

I heard on the radio that Wright was sick during last week's game. I know that Noe came in the game at some point. What happened to the other 2 QB's before Noe? If in fact he is considered the 4th string QB?

Wolfe was hurt in JV Moeller game. I don't know when the other QB was hurt, but I read he was hurt as well.

Gotcha. He was intercepted in that series?

Wright played the entire first qtr. 4-10 1int.
