This evening Ludlow football and the community lost a great person, coach, brother, son, and friend. Jordan Logan who had been an assistant coach for the past several years was found dead in his home. It was an apparent heart attack. Jordan was loved by many in the community and had just finished college. He expected to land a job at Ludlow for next school year and in the future become the head coach at Ludlow. He had more passion for Ludlow than I have ever seen in anyone. Jordan knew he was going to be the next coach to take Ludlow to state. With his hard work ethic and extreme knowledge of the game I believe he would have. All I can say right now is why? All I know is I'll see you again one day best friend! Rest in peace Jorddan.

Prayers for the entire Ludlow community.

Remember seeing him play and he was a very good player. It was certainly not hard to imagine him taking over the Ludlow program and really investing in it long term. Very sad.

 

His family and the Ludlow family are in my prayers.

Jordan Logan was my best friend. I still can't even believe that this has happened, its just not right. He was to good of a person for this to happen to. His life was just starting, as #5 said he had just graduated college, was going to be a teacher, and everyone knew he was going to be the next Head Coach at Ludlow one day. As hard as it is for me, I can't even imagine what his family is going through. Me and him talked everyday, and even talked just an hour or two before it happened. We had a lot of big plans for the future, and with football. Anyone who ever knew Jordan is a better person because of it, and they know what a great person he was. He was my best friend, and I will always remember him. I love you buddy. A friend and I was talking last night, when the whole community gathered at the cafeteria and football. We talked about how he is in a better place now, and knowing him he is probably tossing football with Jesus right now, and telling Jesus to go long.

 

I love you buddy and I will see you again one day.

How old was this guy if it's the guy I seen he had a passion for football and them kids. I remember when they beat us (Dayton) a couple years ago in overtime and if the guy I seen he was the most excited person on the field you could see it in him. AS A Dayton fan we here are very sorry for your loss are prayers are with his family.

I'm very sorry to this this tragic news, my families prayers go out to the Logan family. Jordan must of been a great role model for younger kids.

Logan had an amazing passion for the game of football. He would have been a great head coach one day. He was a panther through and through. I used to love watching him hop up and down the sidelines. His passion rolled over to the kids he coached. He will be deeply missed. It is so tragic at such a young age. May he rest in peace and our prayers from Grant County are with his family and loved ones, as well as the entire panther nation.

I never really knew this young man however, when I scouted Ludlow he had so much enthusiasm and spirit. My prayer's go out to his family and the Ludlow family. JD

This really sucks. Someone told me this last night and I couldnt believe it. Knew him since we were both at TMC and played ball together. Think the last time I talked to him was last season right before the Newport/Ludlow scrimmage. Jordan always seemed to have the biggest smile on his face. RIP buddy.
