Maw-maw and paw-paw.

 

That's how it's pronounced anyways.

It was either grandma or grandpa followed by their first name. Unless it was my maternal grandmother. She didn't want to be called grandma. We had to call her mama followed by her first name.

Mamaw and Papaw.

Only ones I ever knew were my Mother's parents and they were simply, Granny and Paw Paw, I'm almost 30 and still call em' that

Grandma and Grandpa.

My kids call my parents Nana and PawPaw. The other side is Grandma and Grandpa.

Now that I am a grandparent, I have decided to be called grandpa.

Paternal - Mamaw (her first name)

Pawpaw and Mawmaw

Grandma and Grandpa . Now that we are grandparents our grandaughter calls us Mamaw and Pap Pap .

From the "personal preference" file, I will not be called "pappaw."
