As far as I know, the only time my paternal grandparents and my maternal grandfather (mom's momma died when she was 16, so I never met her) met was when mom and dad were married and ... I think that's it. My mom's dad died when I was about 14 or 15, so he didn't have a chance to come down for my graduation, which would have been the only other logical time they would have met. No confusion there. Dad's family is from Indiana, while mom's is from Iowa.
