In 1972 I worked at Perkins Pancake House on HWY 641 in Murray, Ky.

Paper route in the 3rd grade. $4.25 per week (paper was delivered on Weds.)

16 year old Fuller Brush Salesman selling door to door .

Bargain Supply. I sold powertools. :lol:

14 years old at a local restaurant/dairy bar. I washed dishes and served ice cream at the dairy bar. $2.85 an hour in the summer of 1985!

Villiage Inn Pizza in Erlanger. That building is long gone. A Skyline Chili and a haircut place stand there.

Bagging groceries at Meijer when I was 16.

First time working for someone else besides my father was as a lifeguard for two summers.

In 1969 I worked at Natural Bridge State Park for $1.21 hour. I rented the paddle boats. Gas was 22 cent a gallon. That is where I met my husband.

Perfect Lawns and Landscaping in HS during the summers. Fun job working for a young guy in his 20's who used to pay us well. I think I made like $8 an hr and that was in the mid 80's.
