Wow!

Double wow!!

Ryle is making a statement about their vision as a program. Scheduling games like this one and the home and home versus Highlands last year tells everyone where you see your program. Right now Ryle is saying they see themselves as one of the top programs in the state.

That is impressive! I think maybe that state championship against Trinity a few years back really opened up coach Warner's eyes about where the program needs to go to beat the likes of T & X in the first weekend in December. I think Ryle is going in the right direction, good luck Raiders.

Close...it's 2011 and 2012. Colerain already has Elder scheduled at home this year in week 2. The official blog entry is Ryle-Colerain matchup.

Here is the text.

Colerain High School and Ryle High School would like to announce an agreement to play football week 2 beginning with the 2011 season. The series will begin on Friday, September 2, 2011 at Colerain. Ryle will host the 2012 game scheduled for Friday, August 31. Both schools are excited about the impending match-up and hope it becomes a rivalry.

Both schools will also play contests in boys’ and girls’ soccer and boys’ basketball beginning in 2010.

It is interesting to note that the agreement is extending beyond just football. Typically, Colerain doesn't have an issue scheduling the other sports so this is of particular interest to me.

Doesn't Ryle have some super RB, or something? Will he be around in 2011?

My bad everyone. Thanks CF.

Congrats to Ryle. It is exactly things like this that will allow for a team from NKY to one day wrestle away the 6A title from the two-headed Louisville monster.

Is he pretty good, or something?

A notch down from a Miles Simpson, he will try to plow the Cards over.

Could be happier seeing the NKY boys taking on the folks across the idiot ditch. :thumb:

"idiot ditch"...That...is...TREMENDOUS!

I assume you meant "couldn't be happier".
