I've never seen so many people win a state championship and still find something to argue about.

Seems like Highlands always seems to talk a big game against the Tigers, but here recently at all levels (varsity, JV, and freshman) when they actually do meet face-to-face on the field, the Birds end up as a table snack for the Tigers. This year would be no different.

 

St X Freshman beat the HHS Freshman by 1 point.....what constitutes a "table snack". Coach Mueller told the players he loved that game and intends to schedule X going forward for this class. Guess we'll get to settle it on the field....Big Strong 6A school bullies..:dancingpa

It only takes one point to win a game....it's still a win. It's a moral victory when you say "but they only beat us by one".

And, St. X is better than HHS.

It's a real shame that you weren't on the schedule to get your spanking this year. Nonetheless, I can appreciate your intestinal fortitude in trying to step into the batter's box.

Based on past performance, I think you would have been out on three called fastball strikes (thrown by players named Neal, McMurray, and Hayden) without even swinging the bat. You can't hit what you can't see! :lol:

Wow. Unless you are actually coaching this game then how could you possibly pull this off. My guess is you are not and my guess is also that the St X program would not appreciate the Highlands bashing from such a person with so much passion for the program. I have to believe that both Highlands and St X coaches have the absolute upmost respect for each other and their success. I guess my point is WHY? all the Hating from such a class program. 20n10
