Both teams still have a lot of work to do, but it was a very entertaining game to watch...

No doubt UK wanted that win, but UL has to be upset that they blew a bunch of leads and it came down to a prayer shot at the last second at home.

UL almost falls victim to celebrating victory a little too soon. T-Will yucking it up with Tony Greene with a minute left in the game, thought it was in the bag. Jodie and Patrick did just about all they could to try to will UK to a win, just came up a little short.

Did we ever get an explanation of what the technical foul on Billy was???

Terrible technical fould by BCG in this one...

I just wish I knew why? I know that Porter drove and was rejected by Samuel, that would have been Samuels 4th, that is the only thing that I can think of!

I hope he puts this loss on him, he was completely outcoached today.

How in the world do you get that??? Other than the technical, I don't have a clue what you mean.

I wouldn't be upset at all. UL is the better team and should have beat UK whether it was by 3 points on a buzzer beater or 20 points. This is a rivalry game that both teams get fired up for....I'd be tickled to death if I were associated with UL basketball.

I'm not sure I agree. With as many turnovers as UK had, I was shocked this was even a game. You have to take of the ball, bottomline.

Classic game that showed a lot of heart from both teams.

Sosa hit a big shot. It happens. What can ya do ?

Congrats to UL on the win. Very proud of my Cats for the effort.

UL and UK should both do fine in their conferences. Good luck to both teams.

Guard him.

Did Louisville win the National Championship? Because they sure acted like it after they won. Cats didn't give up and played through it all.

Oh come on guys. This one hurts me as much as the rest of you but you can't honestly tell me that if Meeks had hit that same shot that me, you and every other cat fan and player wouldn't have been going wild.

It hurts but we've got conference play coming up. Things will get better.

Me either.

It would have been nice to have 6'6" Liggins on Sosa taking that shot.

There were a couple times after timeouts they ran stupid plays that led to poor shots. Other things as well, but I don't have time to go into them all.

Guard him.

Other than the obvious . I was yelling for Porter to step out on him as the clock got lower.

I'd give Sosa that shot in that situation every time... One fell for him...nothing you can do about it.

Wow..Sosa lucky dog. Coach P was all over the court and no T on him? Crazy IMO.

UK did fight hard and gave it everything they had in the tank.

Considering the Cats got back to tied at the end pressing the team with the greatest pressing coach in basketball history, how is this bonehead coaching???? Is the technical bonehead coaching? Please explain cause I don't understand.

If he doesn't stay in the box, he'll get a lot of those on the road in the SEC.

I wouldn't be too optimistic. They are about to head into Big East play, and how they are playing now, may put them in the middle of the pack in the conference. They can't play like they have lately to some of the Big East teams.

UK on the other hand is in a very weak SEC and I think they have a good shot to win the conference. UL can turn it around and play like most predicted, but I am not impressed with them at all.
