What kind of defense does Highlands run?

Sounds like the ole 10-1 would be in order for this one:D

Bryan Station lost two district games. They are not as good as Belfry. Not even close.

After seeing BS play, I find it hard to believe they're not even close to Belfry.

Will the pre-game and post-game broadcasts be available with the internet broadcast? I listened to your Cov Cath game replay last night. It started at the coin flip and ended right at the final whistle.

Btw, I sent you a PM regarding the question you had. :thumb:

I just talked to the station manager and he said that the pre-game starting at 5:00 PM will be streamed live throughtout all of the post game shows. The reason that you couldn't get the pre-game for the Cov Cath was it was archived it was just the game that was archived.

3-5-3

Me too, and I am a Belfry fan.

I thought Belfry and Johnson Central were about dead even. If they played 10 times, they'd probably each win 5. Belfry beat Johnson Central by a touchdown, but the game was never one sided at all, it was one of those that came down to the last possession.

I didn't see Bryan Station play, but Coach Matney has said they were the best team he faced all year, including Belfry.

Belfry and Bryan Station would probably be a fun game to watch, but I don't see how anyone would call Belfry a heavy favorite in that scenario, or even a favorite for that matter.

Awesome, thanks! :thumb:

On the same token, I think Belfry and HHS would be a fun game too. Belfry would be the underdog, but it would be a really fun game and I don't think the final margin would be 4 touchdowns.

I wouldn't doubt this for a second.

Don't confuse "Paintsville" fans with "Johnson Central" fans -- they sure don't.

No more than we'd confuse Highlands and CCH fans. And they probably would be happy to let you set up your cannon on their hillside. They'd probably want to shoot it themselves.

I'm not going to get into the, "my cannon is bigger then your cannon" argument, but I really think this game is going to be a lot closer then many people think. So close, that I would not be surprised by either team winning.

I don't either.

Not this Paintsville fan. I went to JCHS and got my tickets Monday morning, very friendly people and was actually met by Coach Matney and we talked about the game for a few minutes. I will be pulling for Johnson Central this week. Good luck Eagles!

Somebody may have already explained this, but if so it bears repeating, especially considering the cold weather. The Paintsville DQ has no indoor seats and no drive through window. There are picnic tables under a covered awning. Also, I am not sure how late the DQ is open during the winter, so grabbing a footlong before the game would be the safe way to go.

I think it would be a good idea to get that DQ hotdog before the game. I think they are only open until 9 or 10. I know you can call an order in and get it so you won't have to wait. Their phone number is 606-789-5400. You will be in for a treat and you may have to go back for seconds!!:ylsuper::thumb:
