I've never been to JC's stadium. Is there any chance of a sell out?

 

Well, if it is like it was two years ago when Cov Cath came to town it very well could be a sell out and then some crowd. How many people from Highlands do you see making the trip to Paintsville?

It is really hard to tell. It seems like the bandwagen gets a little heavier when the Birds travel to the mountains. They know they can go and watch a great football game and have a good time. I would say moderate!!!

I would say that you could expect as many as 3000 to 4000 Eagle fans there on Friday. Some of the surrounding schools have been beat out and some are on the road so JC should expect to get some of those fans. I really hope that I am accurate as far as fan participation.

JC is the NUMBER 1 ranked team in the nation in rushing i dont think Highlands is number 1 in anything and C.C fans were the ones after a week of small talk on this site that went home crying JC 29 Bluebirds 7 .

 

This uncontested ranking and comment is sorta like that Leslie Cty QB, Mr Football, All American, UK Allstar, NFL 1st Round Draft pick who came to Ft. Thomas with something like 3122 TD passes and 48,118 yds throwing and well, lets just say he and his teammates had an off nite.:scared: Been there, done that.

The bigger question is do the HHS fans eat at the DQ before or after the game? :laugh:

There's ALOT of room at JC. There wasn't a very big crowd there for the CCH/JC game last week but I'm sure there will be this week.

 

Their home side probably holds around 4,000 and there is a lot of room around the the field for people to watch the game on the track in the endzone and sidelines. Also a picnic area next to the Home side where many people set up lawn chairs to watch the game. I'd say there should be a pretty big crowd. Let's just hope they all go home disappointed.

Is JC still number 1 even after playing Belfry? The Pirates held the Eagles to 198 rushing yards and outrushed them 232-198 that game... figured that would have knocked the Eagles ranking down some. I guess what they did to CovCath counterbalanced that.

Does this mean that JC has room for the HHS Canon? Rumor has it that the Birds Nest will be dismantled and the the Big Gun will hit the turf in time for a trip to Paintsville.

Yeah I saw Executive Transportation putting a trailer hitch on one of their buses earlier this week.
