What does Eastern need to do to improve in 2008? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

Get their field looking like the baseball field. Take some pride in the sport. Don't be a jerk to the private schools. Work on the small things in practice.

Not totally in the know but, keep in touch with some of the former and current coaches.

Seems that they are up-grading facilities (new weightroom, meeting room, concessions and restrooms)

Funny Roc, I was under the impression that they had one of the best natural turf fields around. May be wrong but thats what I have heard. As far as Eastern taking pride in the sport, do you know something that I don't. I know of at least two UofL coaches that send their sons there to play. Dr.Berman, the head honcho for JCPS will be sending his son there next year. I will get in touch with their Coaches to see if they take the sport seriously. I am sure Coach Whalen and his staff have a lot of pride and will enjoy your comments.
