Medium.

Buckheads in Louisville.

A1 regular.

Medium at Texas Roadhouse. I've had the Jeff Ruby aged steaks and $ for $, the Texas Roadhouse steak was better.

My favorite is the Dallas Filet at Texas Roadhouse, Medium well with A-1.

Outback (excluding the one in Richmond, KY)

The best steak I have ever had was at Malone's in Lexington, followed closely by Jeff Ruby's, Ruth's Chris Steak House, and Morton's. I am an expensive kid.

I love bernaise sauce like 98.

Medium well, no sauce, with fries and rolls on the side.

I used to love Lone Star on Nicholasville Road in Lexington...but apparently it's closed!

I'm a medium rare kinda guy, like the juices flowing and like it pink thru the whole thing.

Medium Rare is the ONLY way to go . . . and I have to agree with others on here that the Dallas fillet at Texas Roadhouse is KILLER!!!! Then you add in a loaded sweet potato and salad with Ranch dressing and a little bit of A1 sause to add a little more flavor to that steak and YEAH . . . you've got a meal to die for!!

Dang you guys . . . all this talk of steak is REALLY MAKING ME HUNGRY!!! :D

Texas Roadhouse is great for the money. Steak, baked potato, and a house salad with dressing. The roll's are good. I don't care for the honey butter though.

The Outback in Richmond is not very impressive.

Medium rare from my grill. No sauce. Overcooking a steak and putting sauce on it seems blasphemous to me.

Medium well and I've never had a bad or tough steak at Lonestar in Florence. And no sauce.
