After all this talk of the Dallas Fillet at Texas Roadhouse . . . hubby and I just got back and I talked him into trying the 8 oz version . . . I LOVE the Dallas and think I've convinced hubby that this is the best steak on the menu too!!! Of course . . . he wants his well-done which COMPLETELY defeats the purpose of a choice piece of meat!! :flame:

The best steak I ever had was at Mike & Jimmy's. I've forgotten the name of it, though it had something to do with burbon. IMHO a properly prepared steak shouldn't need sauce.

Am I forgetting something? I really feel like I am forgetting something obvious.
