Just grilled out a steak last night. I like it medium rare. Dont forget to top it off with Ketchup! (just kidding)

The Precinct. Steak Collinsworth (medium) with a Freddie Salad.

I agree with you there, that is very good.

My uncle always told the waitress to just run it through the kitchen

Medium rare from my grill. No sauce. Overcooking a steak and putting sauce on it seems blasphemous to me.

I agree 100%. As for eating out Chop House is pretty good and the revolving restaurant at the Galt House was pretty darn good.

I agree. I love to get the Night Hawk Special at Columbia's. My next choice would be Southwind Golf Course in Winchester. They have a big grill outside, where all the steak, chicken and ribs are prepared. I go for the NY strip. You order a 8oz steak and it has to be at least 12oz, thick and jucy....just the way I like them. Best kept secret and $ around. Very small place. If you come on weekends...get there early, will be a long waiting line. In the summer you can dine on a small patio overing looking the golf course. If you like ribs, you have to try these....the best I have eaten.

Well done, with ketchup! :thumb:

Malones in Lexington

My thinking exactly

Knock the horns off, wipe it's butt, throw it on a plate.

Outback in Evansville usually has a pretty good steak but my favorite around here is probalby Rookies in Henderson.

I hope your joking.

I've been to the Outback at Hamburg a couple of times and wasn't very impressed either time.

Medium Rare

Less expensive: Outback or Stoney River

More expensive: Jeff Ruby's or Del Friscos
