Run it through a warm room and throw it on a plate.

A properly prepared steak need no sauces only a bit of melted butter and salt and pepper.

Rare, no sauces. Why ruin a good steak with a sauce? Del Frisco's is my favorite.

I hadn't eaten steak my entire life just couldn't stand the taste of it. A few years ago we were going to MrRk's work christmas dinner at Morton's (I think that's the name) in Lousiville. I didn't want to look stupid so I bought some steak and practiced eating it. When we got to Morton's I ordered a medium rare steak and it was obvious to me, when they brought it to me, that that piece of meat wasn't long from the kill. I am ashamed to admit that I just couldn't eat it.

Then one night my sister fixed a steak and I loved it and have been eating steak every chance I get.

I like my steak medium rare with A-1 sauce.

Best steak place - believe it or not the best steak I've ever had was at O'charley's.

I like my steaks medium well, but my burger's well done.

Thank you. All sauces do is cover up the taste of poor grill work.

I'm a waiter at Texas Roadhouse so I have to go with the 12 oz ribeye, medium rare with some mushrooms, a loaded baked potato with NOOOOO sour cream and a caesar salad with some bacon bits.:banana:

Medium Rare is the ONLY way to go . . . and I have to agree with others on here that the Dallas fillet at Texas Roadhouse is KILLER!!!! Then you add in a loaded sweet potato and salad with Ranch dressing and a little bit of A1 sause to add a little more flavor to that steak and YEAH . . . you've got a meal to die for!!

Dang you guys . . . all this talk of steak is REALLY MAKING ME HUNGRY!!! :D

That's a good meal right there. :thumb:
