Not sure of the number of times that they made it, I know they made it in their final year in the 10th, 2004-2005, they lost to Pendleton Co. I believe they upset GRC in the district to get there but I may be wrong about that.

Trevor Jones - Estill Co. (Redshirt Fresh.) set the Morehead State record for rushing yards in a game a few weeks ago, 284 yards, 4 TD, he's had a big year.

Yes he does, very impressive turnaround, congrats to the Polar Bears.

All depends on how Estill's defense can compete against the Red Devils offense. Jones will be a handful, like most games, the better defense decides it.

All depends on the Casey, Magoffin, Breathitt, and Bourbon games now, I think you're right, by 10 pm we should know.

If Magoffin County beats Lewis County the odds are very high that Estill will receice the 1. Bourbon and Garrard would need lots of help to reach the same total. However if Magoffin loses it tightens up quite a bit. He is right, lots of mah involved.

Are the coordinators going with Scenters? Seems like both played at Central didnt they? Either of them ready for head coaching job?

Last year when Estill played Phelps there was an injury that occured, once the player was off the field the team took a while to replace him, during this time the two gentlemen from Estill's radio broadcast discussed the upcoming week in which Estill was to play host to Open, they kept it going for at least 4 or 5 minutes, hilarious.

At Magoffin.

You can tell those receivers are used to catching those balls, not sure the reason for the dropped passes, and inaccurate throws but it was evident that's not a common trend in Somerset, they recovered nicely. The field conditions in Irvine will be very poor the rest of the year, the field is shot.

The field was in worse shape against the Bobcats than it was against the Briar Jumpers, just based on the other activities that have taken place at the field since the Somerset game.

Breathitt moved the ball very well, 13-0 at half. I believe Estill opened with 4 or 5 plays followed by a punt, Breathitt took over and their drive lasted the length of the first quarter, and the score came with around 9 minutes remaining in the second quarter. The 2nd half the gains for the Bobcats got bigger and bigger, and their defense was stout all night. Somerset, as previously stated had some problems early on, some were caused by Estill, others were caused by themselves. I believe Somerset probably had more stalled drives than Breathitt, but their defense was equally as stout, the Engineers scored on the opening kickoff return, and again with seconds remaining in the game. It seemed as though Estill moved the ball a bit better on Somerset, but never could put a complete drive together. The biggest difference between the two games was time of possession, Estill only had 32 carries against Breathitt, whereas against Somerset the number was somewhere between 40 and 50. Breathitt only threw two passes down field all night, one was a solid completion, the other was a dropped TD pass, so not sure how well the passing game is for the Bobcats. It would be a great game between these two, Somerset should be able to move the ball fairly well against Breathitt, on the flipside Somerset seemed to have a pretty stout run defense, should make for a good game.
