^Mark it down?

Sure. I haven't had a mark it down moment in a while.

Mark it down

My coin phrase:

They're in!

Lunardi has them as a #10 playing Washington State round 1, with Texas awaiting in round 2....

If Georgia wins UK is out. No way SEC gets six teams.

It'd almost be worth Georgia winning to see if this is correct. But I hope they lose just to be safe.

I think UK is in whether they deserve it or not. The fact that UGA and Arkansas are playing for the SEC title highlights how weak the conference is this season.

A mediocre UK team playing without PP has zero chances of winning the NCAA title and that should be the bottom line in choosing at large teams from major conferences.

Yes, but IMO, they shouldn't.

Well that's a surprise.

I think their 12-4 conference record and wins over Tennessee, Vandy and Arkansas and proven ability to win without Patterson and Meeks, gets them in.

They are 2-3 without Patterson.

They are 2-3 without Patterson.

I didn't think they would win any games without him.

I think they make it, as a 10 seed.

And the Kirkland injury cost them a bid 2 years ago. They pretty much threw out a quality start to the season up to the point he was lost...

Losing to Seton Hall late in year hurt them as well, because the Hall got the bid.
