March 8, 200818 yr Well I dont think Campbell Co or Clermont Co are in a level 3 emergency from what I can tell so I guess I better get ready to head to work for a couple hours.
March 8, 200818 yr Down here in the Southeast, we recieved a good dose of ice and have about 2 inches of snow. My oldest son is getting married today. The preacher told us yesterday, "I've buried people in 4 inches of snow, I'm going to marry this couple in 4 inches of snow." We can throw snow instead of rice.
March 8, 200818 yr Our dog doesn't like it. Makes it hard to poop for the poor thing when the snow is above his butt.

March 8, 200818 yr BTW, it is still coming down super hard......they said it should stop around noon.......this is amazing to watch, and being that we have nowhere to go, I am all for it.
March 8, 200818 yr We have 2 inches of ice and 3 inches of snow. US 60 is still covered. A good day to curl up with a good movies or a book. It is pretty here though.
March 8, 200818 yr 9.5 inches in the Fern Creek area of Louisville... and it's still coming down hard!
March 8, 200818 yr No offense, but i skipped 4 pages of posts. All I have to say is Most. Overrated. Winter. Storm. Ever. Like, I'm not a big global warming guy, but why havent we had a snow in more than 10 years? I remember freaking out when we got an ice storm in 96 because I'd never seen anything like it. We went out and tried to pley street hockey. Now we never ever get a snowstorm and ice is the norm. Discuss. You obviously don't live anywhere near NKY or Louisville. Biggest storm in 30 years.
March 8, 200818 yr Looks like next week when this snow begins to melt, we are going to have some serious flooding. Fifty two feet is flood stage in Cincy. Sunday morning the river will reach 51' and that's before the big melt down.:irked:
