Just moved the cows around and went sledding down the big long pasture hills. What a great time.

Just took the dog out to run around in the snow here in Ft. Thomas. Id say 12 inches in my front yard. Some drifts are higher obviously. The snow is perfect for making a Snowman and also good for snowballs.

Not here in Independence. It's powder.

Same here.

Only thing this stuff would be good for is a re-make of Scarface.

Anyone been out recently? I'm debating on running down to the store, but Kenton County is still under a Level III. Surprisingly, our street is clear.

You're liable to get pulled over. That is, if they can find a clear spot to pull you over into.

Seriously, I wouldn't try it until they go back down to Level II.

Hopefully the interstates are in good shape. We are headed south. Should be in Fort Lauderdale tomorrow morning.

My older daughter loved playing in the stuff today.

Just got a note from my Churches prayer Line. A man who worked for my SS teacher dies of a Heart Attack shoveling the stuff. He was 51.

I shoveled with my son for about a hour. This is sad.

Just ran down to Bellevue Krogers. No problems at all. All roads were clear.

Roads are fine in Ft.Thomas they really did a fine job. I jumped on 471 for a few minutes and got off the Bellevue exit and it was very weird earlier today. Desolate and nobody out. Love the 4 wheel drive in the Pathfinder.

THE SUN IS OUT!!!

And, in keeping with the Biblical theme, a dove just flew into our backyard...seriously!

Just heard on the news (channel 5 Cincinnati) that some of the Wal*mart stores are closing at 7pm tonight!

I just wonder if it's because they can't get enough employees into work tonight, or do the workers already there, just want to go home? Me, I think Wal*mart just doesn't want to pay the employees, over time?

Did they say which ones?

Did they say which ones?

No they didn't, and the news anchor seemed surprise too.
