November 26, 200718 yr I may be a little biased with my Murray State ties, but Houston Nutt is a really good football coach. Maybe not fit to take over a huge program (like an Arkansas), but as a top assistant, or head coach at a mid-major or good I-AA school, he can be very successful. He turned Murray State in to a top 5 program in no time, and many forget that he is a big reason Boise State is what they are today.

November 26, 200718 yr I see him being an Offensive coordinator, more than getting another D1 program job. He could land somewhere but given the cloud of controversy, which has been around his program, I see most being extremely cautious in making him in charge of another program. I've been wrong before.

I see Houston Nutt not coaching anywhere in 2008. After all, he can afford to sit out and pick his spot with the 3.5 million coming his way.
