The offense is that good.
And the teams they played were not that good.

MSU is another year or two away from even competing for an OVC title. MTSU was I-AA not that long ago and just middle of the pack this year in the Sunbelt.

I can't wait. I hope to be in Lexington tailgating by noon!!! Go CATS!

Obviously UofL hasn't played a good team yet but I still think that their offense is one of the top 3 in the nation.

The game will be high scoring... maybe breaking the 100 point mark.

Uk-56

UofL-49

To this point by margin of victory:

UofL 73, Murray St 10 - 63 point margin

UK 50, EKU 10 - 40 point margin

UK 56, Kent St 20 - 36 point margin

UofL 58, MTSU 42 - 16 point margin

UofL average 39.5 point margin

UK average 38 point margin

UK average score: 53-15

UofL average score: 65.5-26

UL won by, what, 30 last year? I don't see how UK makes up that big of a difference in one year.

But maybe they can make up the 7 points they lost by the last time UL came to Lexington, when UK was 3-8 and awful.

Louisville 70 Kentucky 69 in a game that will be closer than the score indicates...

I think that UK has a chance if they can play better than they did against Kent State. UL's defense did not impress me, nor did UK's defense yesterday. I think this game is going to be pretty much nothing but offense and it's going to come down to who scores first. I think this game may go into the high 50's or 60's in scoring. I think maybe a couple of lucky turnovers a key field goal could win this game for the Cats.

I'll take

UK - 59

UL - 53

The poll is all tied up.

UL - 44

UK - 44

The poll is all tied up.

UL - 44

UK - 44

UK takes the lead back.

UK takes the lead back.

And will keep it more than likely...

In analyzing this game the offenses are mirror images of each other it will come down to who has the better defense and clearly UK has a better defense. UK 34-27.

Really? How is that so clear?

I think one factor that no one as mentioned is that the game will be played at Commonwealth Stadium before 70,000 fans....most of them wearing blue. UK nearly upset UL 2 years ago with a team that finished the season with 3 wins. The crowd will be a BIG factor. I think UK will win this game by 10.

I may vote and/or make a prediction later in the week, not sure.

All that I have to say is "Talk Is Cheap...Lets Play The Dang Game!" :thumb: and..................GO BIG BLUE!!!!
