I just don't see that happening. I don't know why UL would look any better on defense considering that they'll be playing against one of the more explosive offenses in the country and by far the best offense they have seen to this point, does UL have the players to cover Burton, Lyons, Little and Tamme one on one? That could be a recipie for disaster. However, nothing I've seen out of UK's defense gives me any indication that they can slow UL's offense in the slightest. I'll say UL 48 UK 42.

Well considering they have yet to lock man up in tight coverage I still say yes....the variance, is that I feel they will alter how they pressure the QB next week...and that will help the coverage....heck we'll find out next weekend...but I truly feel a gem is coming.

Watching other people struggle makes UL feel better about their defense that gave up 555 yards at home to a team that gained 220 against Florida Atlantic how?

You keep harping on where UL is ranked, other than addressing their problems...who's in right field...

 

Look, I'm for U of L all the way...they have issues, and are not a top 10 team...

I want them to get there, and they need to get their issues resolved to have a shot...
