May 11, 200719 yr BF nailed it. A business owner can refuse to provide service/sell its product to any one he/she likes with a couple of exceptions: race, gender, age or national origin. If OJ can prove that Ruby threw him out for race reasons, Ruby's in deep trouble. It will be tough to prove that however when there were many other blacks allowed to continue to eat there. Michael Jordan to name one. Don't know if you heard that Ruby has named a steak the OJ. He's named several other steaks after sports celebrities in the past. The only rule is that when you order the OJ, it has to be "to go":laugh: And yes, I'm kidding. I thought it was the Bronco Burger. :thumb:

I posted earlier, a question: Derby is extremely high-demand time. No problem if you want to be selective about the business you take. Would Ruby have turned the business away in January?
