Letter to the people speaking for the diocese… Also put this on here for the staff at the diocese that won’t reach out directly that spoke to me but have been silence since. These same people who heard how hurt I was and reassured they would reach out but crickets… NOTED.
Hey guys its Nick Ruthsatz. I was happy it seemed like you were ready to handle this situation quickly. It seems as if things have slowed. I was told to stop posting & then things would start moving. 
Hoping you can confirm with me that there is a meeting set this week. 
If this continues to be slowed I will start posting daily content on the diocese & many more details on this situation. Many posts/interviews ready. Over 150K current views & 1,000s added daily. I hope you do the right thing. If not. I will. Its 2025 if [redacted] and y’all in little Covington need multiple weeks… Come on. We all are aware of the lack of accountability in all areas.
 Let’s remember this is someone (Scott Ruthsatz) who gave 13 years, my mom teaching at Pius & donated yearly to the diocese while sending 7 kids to the diocese schools. 
The lack of awareness put our family in a situation where we feel we have NO CHOICE but to move from this area. BECAUSE THERES 0 TRANSPARENCY. I hope that sinks in. A family of 7 kids has to MOVE because “leaders” can’t be accountable on a decision THEY MADE. I wonder what people will think about that. 
Myself, dad & brother have trained 100+ kids every quarter from the diocese schools for the last 10 YEARS. 1000’s of contacts directly in phone that have kids at these schools. Hearing how the bishop handles things when they are directly affected & realize if this could happen to the Ruthsatz family who else would they do this too?
I’m willing to put it all on the line & have many backers. Please handle this situation quickly & the right way. I really am not asking much. Appreciate you reading this. Looking forward to hearing back.

There is (IMO) an epidemic of uninformed/misinformed broadcasters across small college basketball and High Schools in the US. If a parent were to refer back to broadcaster comments as actual plans/thoughts from the coaching staff, that is intentionally malicious or ignorant at best.

Why should they give their opinion about players playing time when they don’t attend practice everyday? Then add in never coached? Does it help the listeners?

Or make the host feel good about himself?
 

that's what comes to my mind. I know Covcath had similar problems in the past with Mark Wehry from his facebook post. He started his own kudos to him.
 

Part of it makes me think these Broadcasters Giving opinions not because they believe what they are saying but their buddies with their parents. They wanna be invited to the “party” after the game. 
 

Yes students give their opinion but from listening to almost every broadcast locally they are far more fun & genuine.

I've noticed that that tends to be a repeated theme with Nick's statements. Lots of vaguery and ambiguous statements pointing fingers with very few specifics and even less proof to go along with all of that. But boy does he ever hang his hat on the number of views.

From what I have seen, his pattern of posting has been more or less just repeating the same 3 or 4 talking points accompanied by different pictures, screenshots, and video clips. Nick doesn't seem to have had any real additional or new information to offer since his first or second post on the matter, and those posts were made weeks ago now. If he's waiting for movement from the diocese, I honestly hope he isn't holding his breath, because my assumption this long after the fact is that they aren't sitting on any big reveals or statements at the diocesan level. He doesn't hold any big bargaining chips to coerce a statement, obviously, so at this point it's just a matter of whatever desire he has to continue trying to make Cov Cath and the diocese look bad.

I know he's asking for more transparency regarding whatever went down, but as a private school and a private entity, that issue simply cannot be forced and I think all involved parties outside of the Ruthsatz family look at this as a closed and finished matter.

In the time that's passed, I feel like everyone has pretty much drawn whatever conclusion they're going to draw from things. It's very clear that some people have had their feelings extremely hurt here, and I get that. But I don't see anything new coming along to change that.

The delusion is real with this one. LOL

There has been movement & response about handling the situation from the diocese. Just began to move slow. Literally said in Nick’s last post.

And I haven't said anything about the Ruthsatz family's reputation. I didn't really say much of anything about Nick's aside from pointing out his clear pattern for repeating himself over and over in his social media posts about this.
