Good win Franklin Co. I wished the NFHS feed would have worked I would have like to have seen this.

So it seems Bryan Station won’t be a factor in 6A after all. 

Congratulations to Franklin County, this has to be a crusher to BS, especially after how much they struggled the week before. Don’t think many expected BS to be 0-2 to start their season.

Or could it could be the young Flyers are pretty dangerous??? Station got knocked around tonight.  Flyers were calling out thier plays. Washington was back and eligible but the County kids really got after him.

I still would not write off Bryan Station.  They have too many solid players & Coach Hawkins & his staff will get things lined out.  I think they started out slow last year & got beat handily a few times early & still righted the ship.

I did not see the players I expected tonight. I heard about all the talent but in 6a I don’t think it’s a lot. Now they were bigger and a lot more talented  than the Flyers at most spots, but didn’t play as solid down the stretch.  

Congrats to a hungry and scrappy Franklin Co. team.

One of the reasons people liked Station coming into the season was because the entire Oline came back along with all but 1 or 2 skill players same thing with their defense. But they ended up losing one of their better offensive lineman (Center if I'm not mistaken) for the year. And have been struggling to find a replacement for him. 

Station Oline did not have a good game.  You are correct.  Still time to fix but they struggled against Franklin, with much credit going to Franklin. 

We need look no further than last year for optimism that Station can get it together and make a run. I'm not saying they will, but it shouldn't surprise anyone. The early schedule is rough, this year and last. Those losses were character builders last season, then they started winning games and gained confidence.

Sure, it COULD be. But IMO this game says more about Station than County. 

Fortunately for the Flyers, their schedule is pretty ho-hum, so they should be able to run up some wins and prepare for the post season.
