Beechwood 31-10 and people stop talking about SK being 6A Top 10.

It doesn't matter if Crone plays, SK's defense is still porous. 

Beechwood by a couple scores. 

SK defense is an issue but Beechwood has not seen a line like this (Offense or Defense). If Crone plays, this is a close game. If SK can get a lead and make Beechwood throw (Big If), I think Beechwood will struggle with the young QB. Beechwood schedule so far has been very weak. SK has the most difficult schedule in NKY.

SK is BIG and SLOW up front. Beechwood has the best player in NKY in Berger, and the defense has been lights out so far this year. SK will be the best team Beechwood has played thus far, and Beechwood will be the best team SK has played as well. If Crone doesn’t play, it’s going to be a long night for SK, if he plays then it could be interesting. 
Either way, I hope that Crone is ok, and his injury is not serious.

I’ll take Beechwood 35-10. Berger should have another big night.

As of now, these NKY teams have all played a tougher schedule than Simon Kenton:

Covington Catholic, Highlands, Cooper and Campbell County

 

Chase will be back after bye week Sept 23 I would think, and Lawson the RB is out for a while.

SK goes as Crone goes. Period!

Have no idea who would they are both good teams. 

Hearing Crone maybe out up to two weeks...anyone else hearing this?

If so, brutal blow for the Pioneers at a terrible time. Lot of pressure on a freshman QB. Is there no option at #2 QB in the SK sophomore, junior or senior class?
