Final the Crimson Tide back again the National Championship game on Jan. 10.

Pretty much what I expected. Cincy just doesn’t have the dudes to beat Alabama. 

Fantastic season for UC! 

UC couldn’t make the few plays they had to make if they wanted a chance to win. Not being able to hit a wide open Pierce in the end zone in the first drive hurt. Then not recovering the botched punt. If they make those two plays it could have made it interesting. 

Denbrock can walk to LSU, good luck there.

That'll be a wrap for anyone outside the P5 in the playoffs.  A shame too.

I think Cincinnati wasn't going to let Young beat them. Alabama hasn't shown that good of a running game all year. Robinson stepped up and had a great game.

I thought UC would have been able to score a little more but the disparity of talent showed.  One heck of a year for the Bearcats though!  

Missed most of the 2nd half playing with my grandson. Bearcats absolutely belonged in the CFP this year. Alabama just did Alabama things tonight and it was enough to pull away for the win.

You give Saban 3 weeks to prepare, he's gonna find your teams weakness. UC's was stopping the run. Why throw it against the 2 best CB in the Nation? Seemed to work. 

The OL and DL of Alabama were just too much for UC. The Tide has looked really good the last two. Great year Bearcats.... energized Cincinnati and NKY!

Hopefully Gino gets a chance for OC.  

Congrats to UC on a heck of a season! You belonged in the playoff. Just didn't have an answer for Bama's run game. Only big negative was Deshawn Pace's unsportsmanlike penalty, allowed his frustration to hurt his team. Really unfortunate.

Congrats to Desmond Ridder on a great college career!

Just two different levels of teams.  And that doesn't tarnish a tremendous season for the Bearcats.

Disappointing outcome but amazing experience.

Bama dominated UC's o line and ran the ball right at them when on offense. Line play was the difference. If UC wants to be a Top 10 program like Fick preaches, they will have to continue to get better in the trenches moving forward. 

UC belonged in the CFP, but just didn't have the dudes to compete with the best program in college football. 

Amazing season and one that UC fans should be proud of. That was an opportunity that doesn't present itself to many fanbases and programs.

Cincinnati is well coached. This Alabama fan is impressed.
