That is the word on the street.

Anyone?

I'm not sure if it's official, but that was rumored to be the case towards the end of the season.

This is true from  what I have heard he has resigned/stepped down. If you look at his Twitter handle he no longer list being head football coach at Rockcastle. He has yet to make a public statement saying this but I’m sure it’s coming soon.

Was once a great program who has lost its way.

Boy this district is on fire with coaching changes. Lol let the coaching bid wars begin lol

This job would fit Coach Perry perfect. Ground and Pound attack.

I am a big fan of Scott Parkey. We played them in round 2, 2016. They had an awful good team. He bleeds red and blue. Wish him and his family the best.

Who will be the leaders for this job?

Probably tough to say. This job has only been open twice in the last forty years. Tom Larkey came in 1985 and Scott Parkey took over in 2008 when Larkey left to start the program at Harlan County.

Are there anymore ‘arkey’s out there? Because he is the favorite for the job.

Larkey from NL.

I exchanged some email with Coach Larkey this week, I would love to see him come back to the Rock.

I ain’t gonna lie, this would be cool to see, Garrard would have to look at him every year until realignment lol

The DC at Madison Central, William Blair is a Rockcastle alum, played in those state championships against Boyle, and has been successful as a DC at Southwestern and now at MC. He would be a great hire for that program as a hometown boy who would want to make a difference in that community.
