Fire the principal, immediately. Not effective end of day, right now, in 6th period. The man had the power to pull the plug on this immediately and instead is in pictures getting danced on and then smiling to the crowd while a kid twerks their backside all over hid frontside.

Figure out the adult who was in charge of putting this event together and if they had any idea whatsoever that this was going this direction, fire them.

Figure out who allowed the girls dressed in Hooters outfits to walk out of the lobby area holding "beers" and fire them.

After that, start your investigation and fire anyone else involved with planning/allowing this to continue.

Any adult that is pictured sitting and partaking, like you said, fire them immediately. No questions asked. No explanation needed.

I feel like several heads could and should roll with this. It's pretty unbelievable honestly.

This was officially called the "Man Pageant" by the high school. I was an officially sanctioned and planned event for part of their homecoming week festivities.

And that is the Hazard High School principal, Happy Mobelini, in the navy and grey hoodie who is smiling and laughing and clapping while male students from the high school, dressed in lingerie, dance suggestively and touch on the faculty/staff from the high school and on him.

Sometimes I wonder how the adults in the room got to be the adults in the room.   How does not one person say, "Hey, this might not be a good idea."

Sadly, in many districts, the adults in the room got to be there because of a buddy system that many places can’t seem to shake.

There are several people defending these acts on social media. Common phrase “it’s a tradition”. But what if the principal at Male got a lap dance from a student while other students dressed as Hooters girls and gave out fake beer while spanking one another?
