Could see him going to UC or UK if he ends up transferring.

As a UC guy, the last few off seasons have been “what big job is he taking?”, but I think the move to the Big 12 could be enough to keep Luke. He’s declined some good interest the last couple seasons. He’s an Ohio guy. And the king of UC. Bohn trying to lure him to USC is a little scary though. 

I've seen stories recently that this move isn't entirely due to the on the field performance of the Tig-ahs.

I think he has proven that his roots are planted in Ohio or close to it. For that reason I don't see USC as a threat, especially with the move to the Big 12. I think he'd have to jump on ND if they came calling this year, but beyond that the Big 12 move may be enough for him to hang on until Day is eventually lured to the NFL.

This one makes a lot of sense, especially since (1) he seems like he wants to get back into coaching and (2) he's available right now, giving LSU a leg up on anyone except USC in interviewing him and getting the ball rolling.

It just floors me Lane Kiffin continues to be one of the hottest names in college football. He looks to be on his way to some promising things with Ole Miss, but can we actually see him win on a consistent basis at a P5 school before we anoint him?
