It's like I have said before it's not Tubbys style on offense,its the players not knocking down the big shots.Teams can run all they want and if they are sloppy the offense looks terrible! Just like in a set offense if they move the ball around good and they bust the wide open shot everything is exciting and looks great!

December 17, 200619 yr Padgett played well today, everytime a UK fan calls him Mr. Softee from now on, I'll remind them that he went for a double double on them coming off double knee surgery. Until the end, Louisville had great play around the basket, which is encouraging to me. Our guard play will come around. I don't think he's soft, he's just limited. He really can't get off the floor due to the surgeries and I think since he's not explosive he has to use a lot of head fakes and up and under finesse type moves to be effective which creates the soft label. He's certainly not a huge physical presence under the basket, but he plays very smart and positions himself well.

December 17, 200619 yr Just watched the game again...I dont think it was really UK's defense that kept UL's field goal percentage down, Louisville just missed WAY, WAYYY too many WIDE open looks... I agree, see post #23.
