I saw Prickett at a Bengals game last season. He would have looked much better if accompanied by Mash. lol

I saw him at a fraternity party and he would've looked much better with some Visine.

I saw Michael Porter and Perry Stevenson at the mall tonight. I was surprised at how young Porter looks (makes me feel old) and how tiny Stevenson looks. He is rail thin - reminds me of someone that I would've roughed up pretty good when I played.

I thought that was Al McGuier who made the comparison. I could be wrtong though.

I could have sworn Pitino said it in a post game courtside interview on radio. I was still in high school driving home from watching the game at a friends house and almost wrecked because I was laughing so hard.

I googled it. It was Pitino. After the Florida State game March 29, 1993.

I was at that game!

And the most encouraging thing for me is that the Cards will shoot better than that the rest of the year...Because I just dont see it being possible that they could shoot any worse....

I was watching the game saying to myself "They gotta make one of those sometime............. Dont they?" Guess not.:D

Was the regional finals in Charlotte, NC. To be fair Prickett did have a great game, but to mention Larry Bird in the same sentence was comical.

In the update thread I thought the same thing. They can not continue to miss this many wide open looks. Was shocking.

The yahoo.com game summary included this..........

While hard fought, the game showcased just how far one of the nation's high-profile rivalries has fallen in recent years. There were poor shots, missed layups, turnovers and no sense of rhythm. The teams combined for 25 turnovers, 42 fouls and 84 missed shots. http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaab/recap;_ylt=AhrQ1ZsSKMFnN9vZ1YswqjrevbYF?gid=200612160314&prov=ap

This might have been the worst basketball game ever played. Certainly one of the all time ugliest. By far the worst Louisville team ever...shockingly awful...

UK's freshmen could be really good...

"This is kind of scary, but this is the best we have run our offense this year," Pitino said.

It's official. He's lost it...

Thats not that far off. Most I'd say 80 to 85 percent of them were wide open. How do you get wide open? By running your offense.

What I saw was helter-skelter...not offense. When a guy gets the ball under the basket and has Orbzut on him (who can't guard a telephone pole) and kicks it out for a 3 when you are hitting 12%, that's offensive, not offense...

They had many, many open shots, and simply could not make them. UK's defense is getting a little overrated on here. They're lucky the Cards' shooting eye was off in this game.

:thumb:  I agree and for Pitino to mention his kid in the same sentence comparable to J. Masburn is equally as comical.

It reminded me a lot of the Duke-IU game a few weeks ago.

I have said numerous times, Duke is the MOST overrated team in the nation...though there are only three good teams anyway.
