I just Googled it. It doesn't look like a whole lot more than blind speculation from Redleg Nation, but Betts is going to take some serious cabbage. The article said he made $20 million this season in arbitration is eligible for one morel year of arbitration before he goes into free agency.

I haven't seen them announce anything regarding him but I sure hope he's gone. I could tell he was going to get guys out from watching on the first base concourse. Some weren't even close.

Big question is, where is Galvis going to play? I'd be okay with an Iglesias (SS) and Galvis (2B) infield, but I've seen where the Brewers might be interested in signing him too.

 

As to Jankowski...ehh. Some speed, but just a career .241 hitter. Where's he going to fit into the mix? Late inning defensive substitute?
