Montgomery Inn for ribs. A homemade North Carolina style vinegar sauce for pulled pork. All you need to make the NC sauce is white wine vinegar, sugar, red pepper flakes and hot sauce, I use Tabasco for it.

Best BBQ sauce I have ever tasted.

I've gotten to the point where I'd much rather prefer a nice dry rub but Sweet Bay Ray's original is my go to if I want a sauce.

 

I've found a Kentucky's Smokin' Grill that I really like. Only ever seen it at Jungle Jim's but I like supporting a Kentuckian, so I buy some from time to time.
