fastaslightin
FS has no one on this side of the state to keep them from Lexington. They may very well go unbeaten the rest of the year all the way to Lexington.

FSfan
After missing the potential game-tying field goal in last year’s game, Sophomore kicker Cole Hollingsworth provided the margin of victory tonight. FS seemed to be in cruise control as the fourth quarter started, with a 17-0 lead and the ball in hand. But the offense bogged down with untimely penalties. Meade County could not move the ball enough on the ground out of the wing-t so they went to a shotgun spread formation and began throwing it successfully. Tre Bass of FS had some trouble with cramping tonight and missed several minutes of the second half. This was a hard-fought win for the Wildcats. They showed some physical and mental toughness all night, but especially when they needed a time consuming drive to end the game. Meade County has a very nice facility. Good atmosphere for a smash mouth football game.
macdon
FS got the ball with 5:00 to go. Carlos McKinney said: Gimme the _______ ball. OC said: Give Carlos the ball. Tedric Partinger went for 11 and a 1st down. McKinney then got the ball for six straight plays. 6-4-2-8-5-5. Three first downs. Take a knee at the Meade Co. 8.
